Client feedback, both positive and negative, is very important when evaluating a service based company.
At Moorgate, we take client feedback very seriously. All our clients are actively encouraged to leave their feedback on our Client Survey portal. Reports to individual client managers are reported back and overall we look at how we are doing and where improvements could be made.
As a thank you, anyone filing out the survey is offered the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a £50 John Lewis voucher at the end of the year. The 2024 draw has been completed this week and a £50 voucher is winging it’s way to our lucky winning client!
